Lindsey Santellan, PhD, MH, Pastoral Counselor in Maize
How I direct my clients is dependent on the client's current situation and what they want to accomplish in life. I look at where they are now, what type of person they are, and I help direct them towards where, who, and how they want to be. My counseling services are for individuals who are prepared to accept responsibility for their own level of well-being and success, and who are ready to become aware of, and begin to cease, self-defeating everyday behaviors as a means to take charge of their own health and success.
By understanding where self-sabotaging beliefs originate we can heal and then shift old negative beliefs to create real, positive and healthy beliefs that are aligned with your joy and passion. I will help you to release old thoughts, beliefs, and fears that are subconsciously directing your life.
Together, we will explore WHO YOU REALLY ARE. You are unique in your desires, tastes, talents, abilities, and motivations. When you are secure in knowing yourself on a deep level, being aware of your personal hurdles, as well as acute strengths, you can manage to achieve anything you wish for.
