Eva K Fernandez, MS, NCC, CEAP, MHC, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in New York
We all want to be seen and heard--to express ourselves fully and authentically without being judged, shamed, criticized or rejected. I can help you learn to give yourself permission to express yourself fully in all aspects of your Self, to recognize the good and the healthy. I work with you to uncover that which has been shunned or pushed to the dark and forgotten--those destructive behaviors and unfulfilling relationships that limit your emotional growth. I help you identify those stressors and limiting beliefs that hold you back from living the life you want and deserve.
My area of specialty is relationships. Working with individuals, couples and families. I guide you on your journey to wholeness--empowering you to take control of your emotional heath and discover how to create those loving and secure relationships we all crave.
Whether your emotional pain comes from a disconnected or unfulfilling relationship, depression, anxiety, trauma, childhood abuse, I can be the rock on which you build the life you deserve. The loving and secure relationship you crave it waiting for you. Begin to create it today!
