Sandy Kiaizadeh, MA, ATC, AMS, Counselor in Toronto
Hello! My name is Sandy and I am a clinical mental health counsellor and life coach at Toronto's Mindful Solutions Clinic. I work with clients facing a number of difficulties, such as self-worth/self-esteem, anxiety, depression, disordered eating behaviour, interpersonal difficulties (personal and/or professional), life transitions, and stress management. My office is located on the subway line downtown, and I offer online and telephone sessions too. I accept most Canadian insurance plans.
I am an LGBTQ-affirmative counsellor whose approach is empathic, client-centered, and collaborative. I specialize in stress, anxiety, mood disorders, grief and life transitions. Though I work with a wide range of age groups, I particularly enjoy working with young adults in their 20s and 30s.
I am passionate about empowering my clients to reach their fullest potential, find clarity, make meaningful choices, and take the necessary steps to achieve long-lasting, positive changes grounded in their values. For more information about my counselling and coaching services, please visit
