The Midwest Relationship Center, DMin, LCPC, Counselor in Swansea
There are times when the best of efforts to cope with life circumstances are not successful. Unresolved problems and conflicts can cause emotional stress with psychological symptoms such as feelings of anxiety, depression, moodiness, decreased energy, disruption of sleep patterns, diminished or increased appetites and libido. These kinds of stress can impact relationships as well as daily functioning in the work place and at home. Physical problems such as headaches, stomach problems, and backaches can be due to mismanaged stress. What ever the difficulty any unresolved issue is an appropriate reason to seek psychotherapy.
Clients frequently comment on my empathic empowering presence. As a psychotherapist with 20+ years of clinical experience, I have expanded my practice adding therapists.
