In this 8-week group, you will learn about cultivating authenticity, self-compassion, resilience, gratitude, joy, intuition, faith, creativity, play, calm, rest and laughter. You will learn about courage. We will discuss feelings of "never enough," about striving for perfection. We will talk about the myth that vulnerability is weakness and how, in fact, it is our best measure of courage and the birthplace of love, connection, and belonging.
