Kathryn Holt, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Boulder
My passion is to work with young women-- adolescents and young adults-- who are stepping into the truth of who they are... Usually this begins with a fair amount of suffering and struggle whether it's an encounter with an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or self-harm. I use a psychospiritual model to empower young women to embrace their authentic voices in world that often tries to make them smaller. I help you listen to, trust, and empower your own voice to build the life you want.
Together we will help you get back in touch with your self, your body, and your desires. I will help you cultivate more trust in listening to your mind, body, soul, and Spirit so that life feels satisfying and meaningful using your inherent wisdom as a guide.
My speciality is using DBT, depth psychology, and body-oriented practices to help you learn how to listen to yourself deeply and feel better. Together we can help you remember how to live life in a way that feels empowered and pleasurable. www.KathrynCHolt.com

Kathryn Holt's Groups

Qoya: Yoga, Dance, Sensual Movement

You want to feel good in your body. You want to trust your intuition. Qoya is a practice of remembering that we as women are wise, wild, and free. Qoya based on the idea that through movement we remember our essence and begin to trust it. Drawing on the wisdom of yoga, wildness of dance, and freedom felt from sensual movement, we will create a sacred space for our bodies to show us how good it can feel to open up and move. True Hunger Intensive: Saturday, April 30th

This day-long intensive at beautiful StarHouse is a deep-dive into remembering how to feel, trust, and heal our relationship with hunger and desire. So often we lose track of what we want, what truly nourishes us and this disconnection has ripples through so much of our lives-- relationships, work, body, and soul. You are invited, and given permission, to remember how to listen to what you truly want in your life and move towards what is also desiring you. Learn more here: www.KathrynCHolt.com/service.
