Tiffany L Frank, PhD, Psychologist in Astoria
Making a change can be a scary process, but with the guidance of the right person it can be just as rewarding. Therapy can help you overcome challenges, learn more about yourself, achieve goals, and increase satisfaction in your life. As a therapist, I provide a genuine, warm, and open environment that allows you to explore your difficulties, understand your strengths and weaknesses, and develop insight. I view each individual I work with as unique and strive to create an environment that is best suited for your personal needs.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. I work with adults and children of all ages, and include family members in treatment as is necessary. I have trained at various hospitals and clinics around the area and have an appreciation for individuals of all different backgrounds.
I include a variety of treatment modalities in my work such as, psychodynamic, cognitive, behavioral, meditation/mindfulness and interpersonal techniques. I integrate these into a comprehensive plan, and adjust as you and I may see fit throughout the course of treatment. ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS FOR DAYTIME (BEFORE 5PM) APPOINTMENTS ONLY
