Tricia Ellis Christensen
Marriage & Family Therapist, MA, LMFT, #102721
I am committed to helping you through life's challenges by offering empathy, understanding and care. Together we can reflect on what changes you would like to make in your life and how your past or present may be influencing your ability to make positive transformations. With attention to your goals and commitment on both our parts, you start to free yourself from what holds you back. This can be challenging to accomplish, but I'm standing ready to help you on this road.
I have strong interest and experience with clients with bipolar disorder and other mood disorders like depression. I am passionate about providing respectful therapy to those with persistent mental illness. Additionally, I welcome clients with many diverse issues into my practice and enjoy working with individuals, couples or families!
Therapy is not undertaken alone and I bring my individual self and thoughts to the therapy. There are two of us in the room and we both commit to the process. Our therapy becomes the meeting of two minds working to increase positivity, choice and purpose in your life.
