A strong and trusting client-therapist relationship is the key to successful therapy. My clients tell me I am non-judgmental, trustworthy and have helped them tremendously. I am sensitive to people's unique personalities, stressors and pace, so I work according to your needs. I have a lot of experience working with people who have symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self- esteem, distractibility, phobias and obsessions. These symptoms are often the result of negative or traumatic experiences which, can rewire the brain, making it hard to cope.
One of the therapies I am skilled in is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which rewires the brain and restores it to balance. People can then heal deep wounds and rebuild their lives.
The goal of therapy is not to change you, but to build awareness, acceptance, and ultimately empowerment to realize your full potential. You may be scared, hesitant or have lost hope, but I encourage you to call, so we can work together on your journey to a better life.
