Judi Addelston, PhD, LMFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Orlando
I enjoy working with people who are motivated to change, but may feel currently stuck in their coping abilities. I am helpful to people who are currently going through a life transition, recovering from trauma, dealing with family and relationship issues, identity issues, and other major life events. Adult children of narcissistic or borderline parents is a unique population I work with to help establish boundaries and self-leadership at any age. I provide a safe and respectful environment to work on personal and social growth. I am an advocate for my client's self-leadership as we work together for optimal health.
I use the Internal Family Systems model of psychotherapy which honors each client's unique, intuitive wisdom in the healing process. IFS offers a supportive and empowering understanding of human issues so that clients are able to unload the burdens that govern their lives, allowing their own Self-led transformations.
My practice is located at The Gazebo Wellness Center and we offer massage, bootcamp, life coaching, and yoga therapy. I offer monthly SoulCollage workshops for clients to explore their issues in an expressive arts format.
