My areas of greatest experience include trauma, crisis, sexual abuse/assault, EMDR, grief and loss, LGBT+, gender identity, marriage/couples, Military, Police, Fire, EMS and other first responders, and general counseling needs as well. I started in the helping professions in 1999. My experience includes childhood trauma, sexual abuse/assault, incident trauma, violent crimes, suicide, grief/loss, coming out, gender transition/reassignment, loss of child, relationship issues, parenting issues, first responders, military deployment/return, anxiety, and much more.
I have vast experience in trauma treatment and am fully trained in EMDR and Cognitive Processing Thearpy. I will continue to learn and grow in the field of trauma as well. You are not alone and do not have to do this work alone. I'm here to help!

Male Survivors of Sexual Abuse/Assault

This group will be for men to explore their sexual abuse/assault history and any related issues. The group will be a place to find support, clarity, understanding, acceptance, and healing with other survivors. The group will be confidential and will consist of a small group of men and the group will be closed to new members after the first meeting. The group will discuss the issues of sexual abuse/assault in a safe and judgement free environment allowing for growth and healing for each client. Group details (time, day, etc) will be determined as the group forms.
