Do you have a mental health challenge that you are uncomfortable, or you feel insecure, to talk about? Or, do you have loved ones that have been suffering, and you cannot find a right way to offer them help? You're not on your own! Mental health challenges, ours or those of our loved ones, can leave us feeling alone and with no one understands how painful it is! I'm here to walk this journey together with you. I'm committed to bringing my 20 years of solid, clinical, and culturally sensitive experiences to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
I specialize in diagnostic assessment, treating children, youths, and adults with depression, anxiety disorders with an emphasis on the interplay among bio-psycho-social and spiritual well-being, an environment that welcomes mutual respect, acceptance, flexibility, and integration; where hope, healing, and restoration can be generated within you and your loved ones.
I have cross-cultural training and working experiences including inter-disciplinary clinical experience in various mental health settings in USA, Canada, and Hong Kong. These lively and first-hand experiences have prepared me to be passionate about transcultural issues and interventions. I am tri-lingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
