Jason F Mathers
There are times we could all use some extra support, someone to listen, and feedback from someone who can approach our lives with a little bit of objectivity. This is where talking to someone like me can be a good option. My job is to provide you with a safe place where you can talk without the fear of being judged or criticized. I will listen. I will also challenge your thinking by providing you with a different perspective, and together we'll work toward a little more clarity in your life.
I believe it's important to accept my clients where they are and to help them examine their lives within the context of their struggles, relationships (past and present), and beliefs about themselves, others, and the world in general. Within that context, a person's concerns can better be understood.
If you think it would be good to talk to someone, call or send me an email. Please include your name and telephone number (THIS INFORMATION IS ESPECIALLY NECESSARY IN REGARD TO EMAILS). I'll call you as quickly as I can. I look forward to talking to you.
