Nicole Speropolous Deaver, MA, LMHC, LPC, ATR, NBCCH, Counselor in Winter Garden
I help people to resolve, clear, and transform emotions and behaviors so that life is full and moving forward in the best possible way. You already know what you'd like to change. Engaging the subconscious mind, which is ready and responsive to making these changes, causes shifts to happen quickly. As this is happening, the result is feeling grounded and clear with the ability to focus on that which is beneficial. Some choose to engage in art therapy and discover the power of creativity to uncover and connect them with their innate ability to heal.
As a certified health coach I educate clients on the connections between food, mood, and physical health. Taking the time to focus on the body supports the natural healing process. Hypnosis is an extremely effective technique for addressing weight reduction with quick results.

Art Therapy Group for Middle School Girls

Middle School can be a difficult time for many girls. They may struggle with self-esteem, mood issues and a hostile peer environment. In this art therapy group, girls will be encouraged to use art as a means to express things that are often difficult for them to verbalize. We will focus on topics of importance to young teens such as family and peer relationships, life transitions, self-image and self-esteem. Groups are 2.5 hours long.
