Claudia Sieber's Groups

Grief Group starts March 7, 2017

In a safe and supportive small group, we will share our struggles in moving forward with our lives. Together we will explore how the death of our loved one continues to impact us. Grieving is a natural part of life. However, our fast-paced culture usually does not allow for us to take the time to express and integrate the internal changes that surface with loss. We are often told grief is something to "get over". But it is not that simple. Grieving is a process of adjusting to our loss as well as an opportunity to grow and rediscover ourselves.
