Whatever you are going through, you don't have to go it alone. In therapy we work together to help transform your distress into something meaningful: an opportunity for healing and growth. My guidance is non-judgmental and based on your values, strengths, and needs. Therapy can be a place to learn ways to problem solve, cope better emotionally, shift thinking patterns, improve relationships, heal from trauma, or just get support. By the end of therapy, I want everyone I work with to feel more connected, creative, and capable during tough times.
In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, I also specialize in parent coaching, cognitive-behavioral treatment for insomnia, and cultural issues. I offer intensive therapy for longstanding concerns (e.g., chronic stress, body image, social difficulties, trauma) and focused consultations for time-sensitive concerns (e.g., life transitions, parenting challenges, specific problem behaviors.)
Finding the right therapist is about finding the right fit. I would be happy to provide you with more information about my treatment services to help you in this process.
