Sarah James, LCSW, CACII, EMDR, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Lone Tree
Are you feeling like you are just maintaining, stuck, empty, or not living your life to its fullest potential? Are you fulfilled in your relationships? At times, some people struggle with their life path, and not sure how to get back on track or change its direction. Perhaps, you are so wrapped up with work, parenting, etc. and YOU need to be tended to. You may know that you are not connected authentically with who you are and how you are meant to be, but feel overwhelm or confusion as to how to proceed in your true life direction.
Therapy facilitates self-discovery by unpacking one's story, finding where you are stuck, and then working toward realigning you with your genuine self or establishing a new path. We work together to enhance your life and meet your goals.
My therapy practice is a group practice where each therapist has a specialty. Feel free to contact me and if I am not an expert in your area of need, I can refer you to the therapist in my practice who is. Feel free to contact me with any questions. I look forward to connecting!
