Tamra Sattler, PhD, MFT, Marriage & Family Therapist in Boulder
Do you wish your relationships were easier and more fulfilling? Do you wish you felt less anxious and more joy? Therapy is a place to explore yourself to create a life that you deeply enjoy. In my practice, I merge western psychotherapy and Eastern wisdom to cultivate an integrated healing experience. I take an integrative approach that merges mind, body, emotion, and spirit to help you to discover your true calling and free yourself from your own blocks.
I work with clients that struggle with anxiety, feeling unloved, sensitivity to rejection, shame, creative blocks, and relationship problems. Our work provides a place to understand yourself deeply and relationships with others. I embody a supportive, nonjudgmental, and loving environment that promotes safety, connection, and healing.
I hold a Ph.D. in East-West Psychology and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I have worked as a therapist for fifteen years and hear from my clients that our work is life changing. I look forward to helping you change yours. The first step is to reach out.
