Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW, CEDS-S, CDWF
Are you tired of living "small" within your own life? Do you crave authenticity and deep connection with others but are unsure of how to proceed? Do you find your days taken up with thoughts of food, weight, fear or loss? I can assist you in working through these concerns, letting go of self limiting beliefs and unhelpful behaviors, while finding the joy, strength and connection you are seeking. My belief is in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I focus on building trust and safety within that relationship, and take a strengths based, recovery focused approach to healing.
I offer specialization and clinical excellence in the areas of eating disorders, trauma and anxiety. I am certified in eating disorders, hypnotherapy and The Daring Way(tm). I am also an adult adoptee. Through my own journey, study and involvement in adoption organizations, I have incorporated adoption competence into my practice.
For over 15 years I have been helping individuals find satisfaction and worth within themselves. I can guide you successfully in developing a healthy relationship with yourself and food. I welcome you to contact me at 714-524-0489 so that we can discuss your specific concerns.
