Are you feeling overwhelmed, want to find relief from emotional pain (depression, anxiety, grief) for yourself or your child? Would you like to find a new outlook on solving a problem? If you answered yes, you don't have to go through this alone, I can assist you in finding the answers that you need. I am a Bilingual (Spanish & English) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have worked in different capacities since 1996. I provide a safe, trusting, and confidential place where you can express your thoughts and feelings in a positive healthy manner without fear of being negatively judged.
I will assess your or your child's needs and together we can determine appropriate treatment. I provide child, adolescent, adult, and/or family therapy. In addition I can assist you with stress management techniques, effective communication skills, parenting education, behavioral modification strategies, and relationship development and maintainence.
I enjoy assisting individuals who are being challenged in their relationships with each other, families with children and adolescents with behavioral problems in school and at home, and in addressing underlying issues that may be the cause of problems within the family system.
