Jacelyn C Bronte, PhD, Psychologist in San Francisco
Would you like to connect with your True Self and live your dreams and highest calling? Is your life ruled by should(s) and shouldn't(s) instead of passion and joy? Do you have anxiety and worry? Do you feel like an impostor? When you connect with your True Self you feel peaceful, confident, alive, and joyful. And in following your highest calling there is feeling of purpose, connection with all of life, and a discovery life is an adventure. I will work with you to give you tools to connect with your Authentic Self and follow your passion.
I also work with individuals in recovery from substance addiction and/or who grew up with parent(s) who where addicted to establish healthy lifestyle and relationship, resolve guilt from the past actions and events, and heal the trauma and negative messages typically experienced in childhood.
I have 20 years experience working in Mental Health, including Stanford Hospital, Kaiser Hospital, teaching stress management in the community, and supervising new therapists in training. Currently I work in private practice and I am a volunteer at Zen Hospice. Additionally, I have practiced meditation for 30 years.
