Kelly Farber, LCSW, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Hartland
I understand that taking the first step in seeking help can be intimidating, and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible by providing a safe, calm, non-judgmental, and confidential atmosphere for us to talk, reflect, laugh, and process. I want to work with you to find solutions that will benefit you in the struggles you're facing, and find tools that will help you for the long term. Parenting, career decisions, and relationship struggles are certainly challenging, but I have helped many people work through these situations and come out feeling more empowered and confident in handling them.
My work has focused on teens/adolescents, adults, and relationship issues. I have worked with diverse populations, including transgender, and gay/lesbian clients and those with disabilities. I have helped people cope with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, self -esteem, and trauma issues using a various techniques that are personalized to best match my clients' needs.
I understand that choosing a therapist is an important step in healing, so I am happy to speak with you to help decide if we are a good fit before you schedule a session. I love working with people who are motivated to change their lives and look forward to our journey together!
