Anxiety Relief Workshop

Many people struggle with anxiety and overwhelming stress every day of their lives. It can be difficult to manage when life stress, work issues and mood or difficult feelings increase. In order to help more people, we will be hosting a psychoeducation workshop for people struggling with anxiety. The purpose of the group would be to offer real, practical tools to help individuals who have anxiety to manage their feelings.
