This group is designed to teach parents how to help their children who have a diagnosis of ADHD and to help child participants identify impulsive behaviors, think about consequences of behaviors, learn coping/organizational skills and impulse control strategies.

This group is designed to help participants navigate feelings and thoughts related to changes in the family due to divorce. The sessions have discussions and activities that allow children to process their feelings related to the divorce of their parents. The group will help group members recognize potentially positive aspects of a new family situation.
