Women in Transition Program

This 12 week psycho-educational program helps women experiencing a personal state of transition in their lives. The program focuses on areas of endings, neutral zones, & new beginnings in relation to each individuals' current life emotional distress while also reviewing transition turning points across the life span. The program utilizes education, dyad and small group discussion, handouts, expressive art activities, reflective journaling, and guided imagery meditation to help participants to find not only meaning and purpose with current transitions yet to also to develop coping skills to help with future life stressors & transformations. Cost is $250.00
