Austin Mindfulness Center's Groups

Like A Girl

Our girls are intelligent, industrious, passionate, and have access to more resources than ever. They just need a safe place to connect with and learn from each other and feel safe, supported, and encouraged. Like A Girl is a therapeutic group designed to show girls that they have ability and strength to overcome the struggles teenage girls experience today. Girls will learn mindfulness skills, while coming together and supporting each other as they process their daily struggles in a safe space where they can begin to see that they are not alone in their experiences.
