Self-Compassion Group (June 2nd)

Come join us for a 10-week group on self-compassion, where you will learn how to speak to yourself in a kinder and gentler way, learn powerful mindfulness skills, and connect with our common humanity. In this group you will learn how self-compassion is preferable to self-esteem, how to utilize new techniques and exercises to develop your self-compassion, and how to process through difficult emotions with more kindness. This group is led by Monti Pal, LPC, and is influenced by the work of Dr. Kristin Neff, Ph.D., researcher and author of Self-Compassion.
