Daniele Massie, RP, GIT, EFT-II, Registered Psychotherapist in Toronto
People seek change and choose to work with a therapist for a variety of reasons. It could be that you are struggling with depression, or experiencing difficulties in your relationships (work, personal, family), or are a highly sensitive person (HSP) easily overcome by stress or anxiety. Chances are you are feeling stuck in some way. If you are ready to explore personal issues in a safe, supportive and confidential environment, I welcome your call. I work with men and women who are interested in making lasting change by engaging in a creative and experiential approach to personal change.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Certified Gestalt therapist (Cert. GIT) & Level II EFT Practitioner (EFT Cert. II). My mind-body approach facilitates the experiencing of your whole self-helping you become more aware, alive and free from the blocks/unfinished issues which diminish growth, satisfaction and fulfillment.
I offer a 15-minute introductory phone consultation at no charge during which we can discuss your needs, see how my approach can be helpful to you, and determine if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you.

How to Thrive as a Highly Sensitive Person - HSP

High sensitivity is a normal trait in 15-20% of the population. This process group based on Elaine Aron's work will give you an opportunity to explore the impact of your sensitivity on your personal history, career, relationships and inner world, and enhance your functioning in all areas of your life. You will better understand where and how your high sensitivity has caused you to either push yourself too hard in order to fit in, or to overprotect yourself, when what you really long for is to be part of the world.

Emotional Freedom with EFT Tapping

This is an opportunity to address the imbalances that occur when past events / false beliefs still affect specific meridian points in your energy system, hence leaving you vulnerable to similar problems or feelings of inadequacy. EFT Tapping helps shift / dissolve stressful emotions, traumatic events, physical pain, unhealthy habits and patterns, and fears and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back in your personal life, career and relationships. In essence, EFT offers relief from negative emotions and helps bring the energy of your whole being into alignment.
