Vicki Wasserman, LCSW, -C, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Lutherville
In my practice, I provide a safe and comfortable environment (with individual, family, couples, group therapy) in which to explore and understand underlying reasons for your behavior. I help people, just like you and me, who struggle when life gets complicated/confusing/overwhelming. Sometimes just a reality check or feedback can make all the difference. This may be the time and place to start this journey to empowerment through knowledge.
I am sensitive to individual needs but honest and authentic in my approach. This allows me to enjoy helping others improve their quality of life (through self-awareness and self-acceptance). I've done the same work as my clients which gives me an appreciation and respect for them.
I have a Master's Degree in Social Work and a Chemical Dependency Counseling Degree for treating addictions, codependency and relationship issues (which are my specialties). Group is available for those comfortable working on interpersonal dynamics to improve relating and interacting with others.
