"I understand and respect the courage it takes to come to counseling. My work as a counselor over the last 16 years is devoted to helping clients make healthy choices for change, develop and enhance loving relationships, increase personal effectiveness and develop abilities to create happiness. Doing this often involves playing, planning, sharing, laughing and learning to adapt to new ways of thinking and being. I have witnessed the changing power of self awareness and how integrating lost parts of ourselves helps us become whole people again. There is great value to exploring, identifying and challenging our thoughts which ultimately drive feelings and behaviors."
"I became a life coach so that I could help individuals become their best yet, and for couples that are in trouble in their marriage or relationship, to help them, put love and passion back into it. Life is not always played out the way we thought it would. Sometimes, it is hard to pull yourself out of the unknown and despair, and that is what I am here for. Let me help you re-create hope, balance, and a healthier you in no time with my step-by-step approach of coaching, motivation, and accountability."

I have volunteered as an Emergency Medical Technician and was a foster parent for nearly 100 children over a 13 year time span. I am passionate about helping people of all ages reach their personal or professional goals. I specialize in EMDR however; I utilize many types of therapy that is tailored to each individual client. Please make an appointment so we can discuss how I can help you and your family."
