When clients are very stuck in negative moods, behaviors & relational patterns, I help them engage these through mindfulness, emotionally-focused & trauma healing therapies, which are based on understanding natural processes of healing & growth.
I encourage clients to evaluate their personal goals & values and guide them into processes of change that helps them realize their goals, especially in the context of their relationships. I offer contemporary, proven approaches that affect change in one’s emotions, beliefs, behaviors and intimate relationships.
I have much experience counseling adult men & couples. My life experiences in marriage, parenting & previous professional career gives me personal insight and awareness into the lives of my clients.
