Finding a good therapist changed my life. Since becoming a psychotherapist in 2010, my goal has been to help my clients heal as they do the essential and difficult work of being human. I love psychotherapy and my clients can feel that. We meet inside my home office which has a private entrance. It's how psychotherapists treated patients back in the day and I have found the set up to be efficient at building rapport and safety. I really like myself and you can really like yourself too.
I use psychodynamic psychotherapy with a CBT and mindfulness implementation. Simply, your goals will decide what therapy looks like. I enjoy working with couples and individuals who are ready to make their mental health a priority.
I am passionate about working with depressed and anxious people who are confused about why they're struggling. I have good outcomes with challenging issues and co-morbid diagnoses in diverse populations. I believe a comprehensive approach to mental health is best.
