Families and relationships are critical to our mental health. Sometimes they enrich our lives and sometimes these relationships create deep wounds. I work with clients to help them discover new ways to manage communication, conflict and boundaries with their loved ones.
I hold licenses in both professional counseling and marriage and family therapy. I am also a certified facilitator for a marriage enrichment program and have experience working with couples and families of all ages and in all stages of development -- from moms and daughters to newlyweds to couples approaching retirement.
