Transition can be overwhelming. I truly understand coming from numerous points in my life of transition and career change. So, to honor you, I won’t promise seeking direction and clarification will be easy but together We will find the solutions. I am passionate about co-creating with my clients to support and coach them in finding the answers that best fit their lives. I have experience in relational issues, grief and loss, and life and work balance concerns.
The goal in therapy is to gain "awareness." Awareness is really gaining knowledge about ourselves in order to make some changes in our lives. I work with indivdiuals struggling with relational concerns or crisis, grief and loss, and trauma.
I use a mix of different therapeutic approaches like CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) and solution-focused and mindfulness approaches. Yet, what many of my clients state, is my ability to be present with them and listen, really listen.
