I am a holistic psychotherapist & eating psychology coach - utilizing Ketamine & Eastern and Western approaches to help clients heal. I specialize in working with eating disorders and also work with both men and women on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and transitions. I especially love supporting busy professionals to regain control of their lives and their relationship to food so that they can focus on rising to the top of their profession. I complement Cognitive Behavioral type therapy with the use of Somatic therapy to help clients connect with their inner wisdom.
I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a holistic modality in which ketamine complements therapy to help my clients experience more frequent breakthroughs and sustained improvement in symptoms. Studies are showing that KAP is helpful for individuals struggling w/eating disorders, anxiety, depressive disorders, OCD, trauma (PTSD, etc), and addiction.
I have a Masters in Contemplative Psychology, am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), and am trained in the Hakomi method. I am skilled in a number of therapeutic approaches to help clients generate awareness and reach their highest potential, including: Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Hakomi, and Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Ketamine.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is an emergent modality that uses an altered state induced by ketamine to help deepen the work in psychotherapy. Group KAP can be an opportunity to have peer support, advance individual goals, and be more financially accessible. While group KAP is not a replacement for individual KAP, it is a different modality with its own unique benefits.
