My mission in my practice, and the mission of Experience Wellness Group, is to help clients live up to their fullest potential. I help people to understand what their fears are, and how they cope with them. I work collaboratively with my clients to help evaluate which ways of coping have outgrown usefulness, and explore with them various ways of getting "unstuck". Clients uncover ways in which they may have become reactive, and we work together to help them make more active choices, based on mindfulness. Through this work, people become closer to their true sense of self.
I work with clients in individual sessions and group sessions. My private practice and group practice use experiential, interpersonal, internal family systems methods, and mindfulness-based skills to help clients. Our work uses cutting-edge modalities in individualized ways to help our clients thrive.
I offer individual sessions through my private practice, located at the same address as Experience Wellness Group. In my group practice, we offer the following groups: Womens Group, Recovery Group, Art Therapy Group, College Transitions and Meal Support Group. We also offer "Moving Parts" Workshops for teens and adults.
