Therapy is an exploration and identification of feelings, thoughts and behaviors. It acknowledges past relationships, events, and experiences while confronting the present and exploring the future.Therapy is a journey about self, you as the pilot have the power to navigate it.A process that helps express people's needs through words, helping to identify and discuss concerns and life changes.
My practice is open to adolescents and adults who may have psychological discomfort due to a medical condition, mood disorders, adjustment issues, life transitions,trauma/crisis, divorce, woman's issues, grief and loss, family conflict, parenting, couples, caregivers of the elderly and terminally ill. Psychological testing is also avaliable.
I believe that therapy is a tool utilized by people who notice that they are dissatisfied with their life. Change is not always easy and sometimes people need others to help them through it. Therapy is a journey with a beginning and an end.
