If you need some help with your mood, bipolar disorder or depression, anxiety, your kids, managing anger, or recovering from a trauma, give me a call. I offer focused counseling in a laid-back environment where we work as a team to achieve measurable therapeutic goals. I offer treatment in trauma recovery, family issues, mental health, anger management, EMDR (in person only), anxiety, parenting, domestic violence, & clinical supervision (GA only). I use CBT, ACT, & DBT theories. Different therapeutic strategies work for different people, and my priority is to help you identify what strategies work for you.
Telephone and web-based services available. Home visits may be available on a case-by-case basis. Hours by appointment only. Clinical supervision for MSW clinicians in Georgia. In person practice hours Friday and Saturday in Bluffton, SC.
