I have been a practicing psychotherapist for over 30 years, specializing in Eating Disorder and Trauma recovery through a Somatic Self-Compassion evidenced-based approach. I have a PhD in Transpersonal Psychology, and am an LCSWR. As a Somatic psychotherapist I help my clients listen to the wisdom of their bodies to help them befriend and live safely within once again. I also offer somatic coaching sessions. I am an Author, Certified Yoga Therapist, Mindfulness, Meditation and Mindful Self-Compassion teacher. I am the originator of the Befriending Your Program, an 8-week program of recovery.
I am an eating disorder specialist; I work with depression, anxiety, panic disorder; PTSD/Trauma; life changes; Women's issues; infertility; post postpartum depression. I am an author and creator of the Befriending Your Body Program- a program helping you to make peace with your body, food and self. Somatic coaching; Psychotherapist supervision available.
