Burnout Prevention for Women

Burnout takes many forms - and not just at work. Women experience unique forms of burnout due to societal pressures to be perfect. Women often feel unappreciated and undervalued for their contributions. You may have even noticed a loss of sense of identity when it comes to balancing work and family demands. Join us for a restorative evening series of burnout prevention strategies, including mindfulness training, CBT/DBT skills, and peer support. This group is capped at a small number of participants, and is held in a cozy office in Rockridge, Oakland.
