I work with adults and teens (age 16+) on a variety of issues relating to depression, anxiety, relationships and communication. The goal of my work is to help clients overcome difficulties and improve their mental health quality of life. My experience as a therapist will allow you to let go of old habits, fears, and belief systems which have kept them from the joyous and free life you desire. My specialty is working with adult children of alcoholics, depression and anxiety.

Our work will include learning to be in the present with less emotional reactivity and more balance. By talking about strong emotions and difficult experiences, we begin to understand how we think and what we do as a result. Doing this with a professional will increase self awareness and insight. This process results in freedom, empowerment and peace.

I see clients between 9am-2pm T, W, and Thurs. I can do video or in person sessions in my office in Gig Harbor.
