Ashley Woods, LCSW-C, Clinical Social Work/Therapist in Baltimore
Congratulations on embarking on your therapeutic journey! I know this decision can be daunting, intimidating, and confusing. As human beings, we are in constant states of change. Sometimes, those changes require support to rework your thoughts and help you adjust. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, life transitions, trauma (or secondary trauma), our work together can strengthen your ability to cope with some of the lemons life hands you. As we meet, I will encourage you to explore from a new lens and to find therapy to be a non-judgmental, confidential, safe space to gain tools to persevere in life.
I have been a practicing clinician for 6 years, providing services to children, adolescents, couples, and families. My work in Baltimore City has influenced my holistic approach to therapy, as I have learned throughout the years about the interdependence of each part of our lives-- psychological, social, behavioral, spiritual, etc.
Unfortunately, I am not accepting insurance at this time, but I am in the process of being approved for several providers. Please note that I am only available on Wednesday evenings between 4:30-9.
Take the first step to help. Call or Email Ashley Woods now - (443) 569-4271
