At Peace Therapy Centers, Professional Counseling

Counselor , MA , LPC

Sometimes we just need someone to hold our hearts, without being judged. If you suffer from depression, mood disorders, anxiety, stress or trauma this can make life feel unmanageable and out of control. My job is to help you feel safe enough to learn new techniques and skills to be in control of your emotions and life. No one person is the same, therefore I use an eclectic approach to therapy. Your session will be guided by your needs and wants.
Eclectic therapy means that I use many different techniques to help guide your path in counseling. Many of the techniques I use may result in less time spent in counseling and focus on your strengths. At Peace Therapy Centers also has a large variety of group counseling.
Phone Counseling/Internet counseling, coaching, group therapy for teens and adults, classes and seminars.

Jessica is an educated and experienced therapist. She is resourceful and meets clients where they are. I notice her talent as a couples and family therapist, being able to recognize and validate all persons in the relationship. I recommend all my children and adolescent contacts to her; due to her specialized training with children, and wonderful ability to relate to kids while getting them to open up.
Jocelyn is a skilled therapist who has been in this field for over ten years. She works with many different populations and has been successful at helping people turn their lives around. Her skills and training in DBT is undeniable and I recommend clients that need to gain a new understanding of themselves and their world to her and the group.
