I work with individuals, couples and families. The decision to enter therapy is a significant decision, and finding someone you feel comfortable working with is important. Most often, my clients have pursued therapy when personal efforts were not bringing them the success they wanted. My style is described as caring and supportive, while offering direct and active tools to bring you to your goals.
My clients include students and professionals who are couples eager for change, families in transition, and individuals experiencing stress. In a working therapy relationship, issues have a safe place to be explored, supported, encouraged and new goals achieved. My specialty areas include child development, pregnancy and parenting, loss and cross cultural issues.
I have worked independently and in outpatient medical settings including Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and MGH. I enjoy working deeply and thoughtfully, but in a practical manner to help develop successful tools and updated strategies.
