Beth P. Starling

Marriage & Family Therapist , LMFT , LPC

(828) 394-4094
I am best known in the Asheville area as a couples therapist for both heterosexual and gay/lesbian clients. I specialize in restoration of intimacy, including the rebuilding of trust after extramarital involvements, as well as helping with infertility and parenting challenges. I also enjoy helping individual clients and families, including multigenerational families, to solve tough relationship problems.
I have practiced Marriage and Family Therapy with great passion and energy for over 35 years! Working with couples is the work I love the best, but also the work I do the best. For more information about my practice, educational background, and credentials, please feel free to visit my webpage at
I am an Approved Supervisor for the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, and for the North Carolina Board of Licensed Professional Counselors. Supervision of provisionally-licensed LMFTs and LPCs is a stimulating and rewarding part of my practice. I offer both individual and group supervision.
