We all struggle from time to time but the most resilient seek guidance from others. Everyone deserves a life they feel is truly theirs--liberated from the symptoms that hold us back. I am a compassionate advocate for mental health, the LGBTQIA+ community, and trauma survivors. Through my experience in community and private agencies over the last nine years, I have developed a broad knowledge of mood disorders, grief and loss, gender, sexual orientation, trauma, crisis intervention, and addiction.
I prefer to tailor my interventions to each individual that I collaborate with and have found that strengths-based approaches paired with cognitive behavioral methods are the most effective. I am also trained in EMDR.
