I work with individuals to address a wide variety of mind/body issues. My approach is humanistic and positive with a focus on resources, strengths and goals -not just on past limitations or pathology .We work deeply together to help you reach your potential for maximum health , well- being and creativity. I utilize a rich clinical toolkit to create whatever customized strategies will be most helpful as the process unfolds over time. Although I am well known as a hypnotherapist, my therapeutic approach is "Integrative" ; we may use a variety of strategies to get the results you seek.
In addition to being recognized for my professional contributions in the area of hypnosis and mind/body healing, in my other hat, I am also an artist with expertise in working with creative people of all sorts. Also you might be interested to know that I have a dog co-therapist.
