Do you want to stop feeling alone and overwhelmed? Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions. I can help guide you in overcoming both your current and past obstacles in order to build a better and more manageable future for yourself. I have extensive experience working in private practice and in healthcare settings on multi-disciplinary teams in several large cities including New York City, Toronto, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. I earned two master's degrees from Columbia University in the City of New York in Social Work and Public Health and am licensed in the State of California.
For more than 10 years, I have been devoted to the physical, psychological, and social well-being of my clients and the community as a whole. I have offered crisis intervention, case management, biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments, and short and long-term therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
My specialties lie in trauma, depression, chronic pain, anxiety, and eating disorders. I also offer in-home services, evening appointments, and a sliding scale to accommodate the needs of my clients.
