Mr. Charles W Schraub

Marriage & Family Therapist , MDiv , LCSW , LMFT , LPC

(210) 441-6196
My psychotherapy practice is client-focused. While I am experienced in cognitive-behavior, insight-oriented, psychodynamic and brief therapy, I draw from a wider array of resources so that I can act as a guide in helping clients to achieve their stated objective.
I believe that therapy can be the occasion for profound change. From my background of more than twenty years of pastoral ministry, I know that there is a spiritual component in every significant and positive change an individual or a couple makes.
The two areas I most enjoy are marital counseling/education and adult psychotherapy, especially adult growth and transitional challenges. I believe that the couple, given the right conditions and attitudes, are capable of educating themselves to a more fulfilling relational experience through marital therapy.
