Are you tired of going through the motions in life or your relationship? Feeling STUCK or simply worried? My approach has helped couples and individuals overcome strenuous challenges and master the skills to maintain healthy relationships and lifestyles. My approach is simple, I use evidence based tools and models that have helped hundreds of couples and individuals target personal growth. Examples include Prepare and Enrich-which has strengthened marriages and opened doors to great communication, Solution focused therapy, and Bowen techniques. I have completed Level 1 Gottman Method Couples Therapy which is greatly utilized during sessions.
I welcome the opportunity to speak with you during our FREE phone consultation session. Our initial telephone conversation will give me a sense of how to meet your needs.
Even though marital challenges are my expertise, I target individual, family, and premarital/dating couples as well. Please see the list of other specialties below. You can view my Relationship segments on THV 11 and Fox 16 on the first and second Wednesday of each month.
