I work with couples and adult individuals dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, transitional issues, infidelity, and problems with communication.
My passion is working with couples. With more than 25 years of experience as a therapist, I have developed strategies to help couples communicate effectively and get out of unhealthy patterns, so they can let go of resentment, rebuild trust and emotional connection, and develop a satisfying, loving relationship.
